3. v1.0.6 17 August 2026 The panel now reads the artboards already in your document. Open it with a document open and the list fills with what is there, so the list is a picture of the document instead of an empty form beside it. Change a size or a name and the button becomes Update Artboards. Edited artboards are resized where they stand, rows you added are created alongside them, and rows you removed are deleted. Nothing is deleted and drawn again, so artwork stays exactly where it is. The Canvas Monitor states the whole plan before you press anything, and turns red when something is stopping the run. Added a Presets sheet of about seventy standard sizes, on a Digital tab for social, screen and ad sizes and a Print tab for ISO and US paper, cards, posters and book trims. A filter narrows them as you type and matches numbers as well as names, so "1080" finds every 1080-wide size. Each preset carries its own unit, so A4 arrives in millimetres and an Instagram post in pixels in the same list. Import CSV and Export CSV moved up beside Presets, next to the list they fill. CSV files can now carry an optional Unit column so one file can hold sizes in different units, and Download Template saves the whole preset catalogue as a spreadsheet to cut down. Fixed large runs failing partway through with an Illustrator error. The layout was measured from the wrong point on the canvas, so the biggest artboards fell off the edge and a run could report "created 69, 6 failed". Runs are now all or nothing: the whole plan is checked before anything is touched, and if Illustrator refuses any part of it, everything already done is undone. Added "Move existing artboards up to fit more" for documents where the artboards already in place leave too little room below them. It lifts them by the smallest amount that does the job and says how far before you press anything. Artwork does not move with them, so leave it off on a document with work in it. Fixed editing a row silently changing its unit. Selecting an A4 row and typing in its name turned 210x297mm into 210x297px, the same numbers at a seventh of the size. A row now keeps the unit it was entered in, and the unit beside the width and height shows which one that is. Clear Canvas is now off by default, so a run into an open document no longer deletes its artboards unless you ask. The action bar sits on the bottom edge of the panel again. Letting it follow the content left a slab of empty bar under the buttons in a tall or floating panel.
4. v1.0.5 15 August 2026 Republished so the licence check finds the token after the desktop app was renamed in 1.0.26. The app's user-data folder moved from plugin-console to designer-shortcuts. The licence check injected into this plugin read the old path, found nothing, and showed its sign-in wall to customers who were signed in. It now accepts either name, for the token and for locating the app.
5. v1.0.4 11 August 2026 Panels now sit at the top of the dock. The action bar follows the last control instead of being pushed to the panel's bottom edge, so a short panel no longer shows a band of empty space above its buttons. Command-key shortcuts now work in panel text fields on macOS. Cmd+C, Cmd+V, Cmd+X, Cmd+A and Cmd+Z were being taken by Illustrator before the panel could see them, so pasting into a field did nothing. Windows is unaffected. Added a FEATURES.txt summary of what the plugin does inside the extension.
