Try it before you pay

Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with every tool unlocked. Nobody should have to buy this to find out whether it works on their files.

The money-back guarantee

If you are charged and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no retention script.

So the trial gives you a fortnight to decide before paying, and this gives you another fortnight after. It applies to your first payment on a plan.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, and normally reach your card within five to ten working days.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your subscription running to the end of the period you have already paid for.
